The Portal is now open for Fee payment 2024-25 II(EVEN Semester)


Fee deposit Date : December 16, 2024 to December 24, 2024 without late fees

The Enrollment for the 2024-25, Even Semester is scheduled to be held on  Thursday & Friday, January  02 and 03, 2025.
The Course Registration for 2024-25 II(Even Semester) will be enabled only after full fee payment on MIS.
 

Note :

1. After paying Fee via ICICI-RazorPay, if your amount is deducted successfully but same is not reflected on your MIS portal, then kindly wait for 30 minutes for confirmation of payment. If it is not confirmed within 30 minutes, kindly contact us through email(mis.lnmiit@iitms.co.in).

2. If you paid the fees successfully then get to fees Receipt from MIS Portal. These are the following steps are...

Step 1: Go to the MIS Portal - https://erp.lnmiit.ac.in/mis/
Step 2: Academic - Student Section - Student Details
Step 3: Click on Fee Receipt Tab Option
Step 4: Select Session Name and Click on Report Button

The fees/charges are to be deposited by use of Net banking of any bank,Paytm,Debit Card or credit card of any bank. and .

1. Online/Digital Payment System: Through online Payment Gateway.

  • Log on to and www.lnmiit.ac.in and go to the Important Links and select Fees Payment option link,
  • Use Net banking/Paytm/Debit Card/Credit Card of any bank,
  • Pay between January 01, 2022 to January 10, 2022.
  • Nominal bank collection charges will be added in your fee amount as applicable, prefer Net banking or Paytm Fee payment.

2. Online RTGS/NEFT Payment System: In case of ‘Education Loan’ or Transfer the Fee through any bank where you have your bank account.
Share the following information with your bank to transfer through RTGS/NEFT mode:

  • Beneficiary Name : The LNM Institute of Information Technology
  • Mention Bank Name as: ICICI Bank Ltd.
  • Branch Name (Not Mandatory) as: CMS HUB
  • IFSC Code of the ICICI Bank as: ICIC0000106,
  • Mention your unique E Collection Account No.: THELNMxxxxxxxx (‘x’ denote your Roll No.) for example your roll number is 17UEC001, then account number will be written like THELNM17UEC001
  • Fill the amount to be paid/ transferred
  • Beneficiary Name: The LNM Institute of Information Technology
  • Payable:Jaipur
  • Late fee Rs. 500/- per working day w.e.f. January 11, 2022
  • The Semester Fees with Late Fee, if any, should also be deposited along with fee payment by adding the Late Fee amount.

3. Late fee

  • Late fee Rs. 500/- per working day w.e.f. January 11, 2022

  • No Semester Fee/Late Fee shall be accepted in Cash OR Cheque and the student should not deposit the Fee directly into the Institute’s bank account by Cash or Cheque. .

    4. Miscellaneous

    Hostel Mess charges paid will be adjusted against actual, at the end of the semester.

    Education Loan,in case a student has taken Educational Loan then s/he should request their banker to transfer the fee though the Online RTGS/NEFT payment system only. The complete process for transfer of the fee in case of the bank-loan has been mentioned under MOP Option 2 above, share these details to your banker. No Cheque/Demand-draft/Banker Cheque shall be deposited at this point in time.

  • Besides the fees/charges, as above, students must pay up the outstanding amount of fine/dues if any, before Enrollment.
  • A . Payment by Cash only(Not by Cheque/Demand Draft/Pay order):- Last date 28 July 2020

    The fees/charges are to be deposited directly into into ICICI bank Ltd. at any branch in India, by CASH only between Monday 16 December 2024 and Tuesday 24 December 2024.

    through Pay-in-slip generated by your log in. The candidate should log on to our website www.lnmiit.ac.in and select fees payment option link; then fill the required fields and get a print of the duly field Pay-in-slip generated by computer. Please note while opting this option for payment of fees by Cash :

    • Select payment option ‘By Cash’.
    • You need not fill the name of the Institute and Institute’s bank account number on Pay-in-slip; these shall be automatically printed on Pay-in-slip. The institute will not accept fee in Cash in any circumstances.
    • The fees with late fee, if any, should also be deposited directly into ICICI bank along with the fee.
    • The ICICI Bank shall not accept any DD/Cheque/Pay-Order etc. (other than Cash) directly.
    • Last Date - 27 July 2020
    • Late Fee - @ Rs.500/- per working day w.e.f December 26, 2016. Beyond December 28, 2016 besides late fee, specific approval of Dean Academic will be required.

    Payment by ‘Cheque/Demand Draft/Pay-Order’: Cheque/demand-draft/pay-order of any bank at LNMIIT

    In case of fee payment by Cheque/dd/pay-order, the fees/charges are to be deposited directly at LNMIIT campus at the time of enrollnment, on Friday and Saturday, July 28 and 29, 2017 between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm.

    • Late fee- @ Rs. 500/- per working day w. e. f. July 31,2017. Beyond December 28, 2016 besides late fee,specific approval of Dean,Academic will be required.
    • Cheque/Demand Draft (D.D.)/Pay-order should be in favor of “The LNM Institute of Information Technology”, payable at Jaipur and deposit the same at LNMIIT.

    The fees/charges are to be deposited by use of Net banking of any bank,Paytm,Debit Card or credit card of any bank.Monday 16 December 2024 and Tuesday 24 December 2024.

    The candidate should log on to our website www.lnmiit.ac.in and select fees payment option link; then fill the required fields and take the confirmation of a successful transaction. The nominal bank collection charges will be added in your fee payment as applicable.

    • Last date of fee submission - 29 July 2021.
    • Late Fee- @ Rs. 500/- per working day w. e. f. July 31, 2021.

    Miscellaneous

    Hostel Mess charges paid will be adjusted against actual, at the end of the semester.

    Late enrollment, with late enrollment fee @ Rs 500.00 /- (Five Hundred Rupees Only Only) per working day, after the date of enrollment, will take place Tuesday 24 December 2024. For enrollment after this date besides late fee, specific approval of Dean, Academic will be required.It may please be noted that all fees/charges for late enrollment will be recieve through payment options following the process, outline above

    Education Loan,in case a student has taken Educational Loan then s/he should request their banker to transfer the fee though the Online RTGS/NEFT payment system only.   • Enrollment commences at 10:00 A.M. on Friday & Saturday, July 28 & 29 2017.
  • Besides the fees/charges, as above, students must pay up the outstanding amount of fine/dues if any, before Enrollment.
  • Requests for Add/Drop of courses will be received in the office of the Dean, Academic on Thursday 2 January 2025.
  • All students are required to furnish an undertaking in the prescribed format, as per the directive of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, with regard to ragging.
  • Enrollment will be completed only on completion of all the above formalities.
  • The Structure and other provision, as above, are final.
